Fatimah binti Ali is an English lecturer in University College of Engineering and Technology Malaysia (KUKTEM) and has been teaching English for the past eleven years. Currently, she is teaching English for Business Communication and is the Head of Technical and Services of the Centre for Modern Languages and Human Sciences. She is familiar with varieties of language software used in language classes. Her research interest includes language learning and technology, language assessment and workplace communication.
