  My research intersts include self-regulation, experiential learning, and the Eastern Arts of Meditation, Tai Chi, Bagua and Qi Gung. I am certified through Energy Arts with Master BK Frantzis in Tai Chi, Bagua, and Qi Gung. I teach these topics especially as they pertain to stress management. I work with a number of targeted populations like people with multiple sclerosis, elderly, seniors, and students.
