Mr Don Scott is an Instructor in the Graduate Division of Educational Research at the Faculty of Education, University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Mr Scott is also a doctoral student at Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia. Mr Scott’s doctoral research is exploring students’ perspectives of online learning environments (particularly VoIP-mediated learning) in relation to their multiple intelligences and learning styles. His Masters research explored the viability of a technological solution to more effective support of at-risk individuals within schools. Mr Scott is an experienced school and tertiary teacher. He has been a senior administrator in schools and a computer network administrator. He is an experienced professional developer and consultant to educational organisations.
