David Lindberg has spent the last seven years as the Chief Human Resources Officer for public education. First for the North Dakota State College of Science in North Dakota; and currently for St Francis Independent School District 15. David spent several years in the private sector as a Human Resources Director and was the commander of a medical clinic as a Sergeant in the US Army prior to working in Human Resources. He holds a BS in business administration, MA in organizational management, and is pursuing an Ed. D in educational administration. David's professional certifications include the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) designation and the International Public Management Association – Certified Professional designation (IMPA-CP).
