...MoreDavid Botta (BFA Visual, MFA Visual, PhD Interactive Arts--SFU) spent a decade practicing 3D animation at UBC's computer graphics laboratories, under the auspices of the Media and Graphics Interdisciplinary Centre (MAGIC). He has worked in edutainment, support for standards in distance education, social bookmarking and tagging, and ethnographic study of IT security management. His PhD was in support of recollection of design history, and continued in his 2010 to 2012 post doctoral fellowship at SFU's School of Interactive Arts and Technology (SIAT).
