I’m a registered and licensed dietician with a Master’s degree in nutrition. I’ve worked for MU Extension for twenty years. My career has focused on educating the community to adopt healthy behaviours. With the ultimate outcome to prevent chronic disease and to maintain a quality life into old age. I’ve been the State Coordinator for the Family Nutrition Education Program for the past nine years. The work we do collectively impacts lives of Missourians and is recognized at the national level. On a personal note, I am an avid runner completing my second marathon in 2011. Nutrition, Health and Fitness is a way of life. It’s my goal to lead by example and help others make changes that will improve their lives.
