He received his PhD from the University of Miskolc in Business Economics. He is a visiting professor of Finnish, Romanian, French and Indian business schools and universities. He is a member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and Committee of Management & Organization. His research interests include cross-cultural management, organizational culture, University management and leadership. He has also been working as an OD consultant and trainer for twenty years for multinationals in Hungary and in the Eastern-European region.
