He was born on 1961. Graduated in Architecture in 1986 - Faculty of Architecture, University “La Sapienza” of Rome.
He’s a PhD in Architectural Design.
He’s a Scientific Advisor of the archive "Ludovico Quaroni" at the "Adriano Olivetti" Foundation in Ivrea.
From 1999 He teach Architectural design in the Faculty of Architecture, Polytechnic of Bari.
He is a member of scientific committees, including the "Scientific Society Ludovico Quaroni".
He’s an editor of the magazine: The Architecture of the City.
He’s an author of the Encyclopedia of Architecture, forthcoming from UTET.
His research interests are focused on the study of the processes linking architecture and cities, especially Mediterranean, with predominant focus on the stone construction – lexical - cognitive characters, by virtue of their possible contribution to the critical Update of the modern language.
His design work is mainly focused on architectural competitions, from which he received numerous awards, such as the "Stone Lion" received during the Biennale in Venice in 2006 with the winning project in the "Architecture of stone" section.
He has participated in several International conferences and seminars.
