  Professor Armstrong is a Professor of Governance and Director of the Centre for International Corporate Governance Research at Victoria University and is a registered psychologist. She has served on the University Academic Board and Research Committee, and Faculty of Business and Law Committees and is a member of the Victorian Government’s Higher Education Accreditation Committee.
