My work consists primarily in Interdisciplinary approaches to Food Systems and Food literacy in Higher Education. With a background in Ecological systems and education, Integrative interdisciplinary approaches to sustainability lead me to expertise on food. Furthermore, my research focus can be narrowed down to Interdisciplinary Research in Apiculture, working on Hive Monitoring Systems and use of the honey bee (Apis mellifera) as a vehicle for integrative studies.
