Industrial Ph.D. within DaRSIS (Danish Research School for Information Systems)
My area of interest is Participatory Design (PD) focusing on offering theories and methods for IT design in an organizational context. My research also includes Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), Cognitive Systems Engineering. I have since 2006 conducted research in collaboration with industry on IT design focusing on how IT designers can cooperate with users and their management especially relating to the clarification of goals, formulation of needs, and design and evaluation of coherent visions for change.
The primary domain of research is in healthcare from which my professional background originates as I am still a registered nurse (RN).
