Abstract
How can we take in account visitors’ diversity and their diverse perceptions in the exhibitions? The present workshop starts as an introspective exercise by presenting a few paradoxes The House of European History is facing in its first year of opening. The workshop focuses on considering possible approaches to include visitors into a museal framework. As museums play a key role in bringing various views, communities and circles together, the outcome of the workshop aims to collect best practices in a creative and playful way.
