The Quality of Life of Differently Abled Persons

Abstract

Every human person has the rights to participate fully in the social life and development of the society in which they live. The study assesses the compliance of the higher education institution in the province of Bulacan, Philippines to the mandates concerning protection and promotion of rights of the Differently Abled Person (DAP). Mixed method research is used to obtain the comprehensive output of the study. The result exhibits that insufficient compliance of the law.
