Abstract

How much do we balance physical, mental, financial and emotional health? Are we aware of how stress affects us? We all need to be madly creative to achieve clients expectations and also manage our personal challenges and goals. Through a path, hand in hand with Alicia, we will visit some places that will take us to see places from other points of view… that of “madness.” Being mothers and entrepreneurs we have lived firsthand many stressful situations and realized that if we don’t deal with all this properly, we will see the consequences in our being: physical, spiritual, emotional and mental, that are, undeniably, connected. This session doesn’t pretend to be about medical care or treatment, it’s focused on the awareness of the work-life balance existence, well-being and environment and sustainability.
