Abstract
My research focuses on teaching crucial personal development tools to corporate employees, aimed at mitigating burnout, alleviating stress, and nurturing mental well-being. Coaching established methods in small employee cohorts, our study shows how work-life synergy, mental resilience, vision setting and positive mindset training lead to a more balanced, connected and fulfilled employee. The ultimate goal is to teach the individual employee how to harmonize personal and professional aspirations across the five core categories of life, while creating unique bonds among peer groups. The outcomes include a reduction in mental fatigue and anxiety, coupled with heightened levels of motivation, confidence, overall happiness, and improved connection with co-workers. The research underscores the importance of having practical tools to achieve a balanced, joyful, and successful life.
