Abstract
The poster will present an overview of our sites three-year wellness program which is conducted utilizing the process plan, do, check, adjust model. The poster will illustrate how the program was conducted, participation statistics, and outcomes of employee satisfaction, health improvements, and benefits including cost savings for the company. The poster will feature the challenges and lessons learned which include conducting wellness programs for a site which includes an equal distribution of office employees and industrial manufacturing operators. The wellness program for the manufacturing operators is offered as part of health surveillance which increased participation and decreased work injuries. Overall, offering on-site wellness bio-health monitoring increased employee participation in wellness programs, increase job satisfaction, and decrease cost for the company.
