Conclusion The study shows there were communication barriers/gaps and Physicians treated overloaded patients within a short duration of time, it has effect on patient-physicians communication. The socio-economic factors should be considerable and appropriate duration of time should be implemented in the hospital. Both patients and physicians need to be responsible for their medical treatment.
