Abstract

Several years ago, the reclamation area that is split between the cities of Manila and Pasay was created in order to extend the land mass for industrial purposes. The study exposes the newest plan of one of the Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation projects concerning the creation of cultural park and creative hub. Quantitative and qualitative methods of research were used. The result shows that the new hub and park will serve as shelter, place of relaxation, and a venue for cultural and heritage preservation of the residents nearby.
