Bulacan Government Policies and Guidelines on Casa Tribunal as Built-Heritage in the City of Malolos View Digital Media

Numerous built-heritage are located in the province of Bulacan. The study focuses on the local government policies and guidelines concerning the Casa Tribunal as one of the built-heritage in the area. Mixed method research is used to obtain the output of the study. The result shows that the Casa Tribunal, though abandoned, has potential to become an adaptive re-use Spanish structure for a new generation of individuals.
