Kelly Coles joined the CMLC team in April 2019. In her role as Director of Design & Development, Kelly is leading the delivery of the master plan vision for East Village and the Rivers District. Currently, she is leading the development of the BMO Convention Centre Expansion while working closely with Calgary Stampede and the City of Calgary.

Kelly brings with her a wealth of project management experience from her role in the Facility Management Department at the City of Calgary. Before joining the City of Calgary, Kelly gained experience as a team member and leader at an architectural and interior design firm. Holding a Diploma in Architectural Technologies from SAIT, a Bachelor of Interior Design, a Project Management certificate, Kelly is also pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration through the University of Victoria. Kelly’s passion for learning and city building is a valuable asset for the CMLC team.
