Inclusive Education in the Digital Society

Abstract

Knowledge making is presented with a revolutionary showcase called WE-H. WE-H pioneers a revolutionary “Global Augmented Learning Paradigm” combining disruptive educational heritage vision, distributed global-regional education governance, empowering incremental learning tools, and exponential economic model to solve Educational Divides, unlocking its six endemic issues. WE-H lays the foundation of a new social contract answering the 2021 UNESCO call for action to reimagine education for ALL. WE-H bridges Arts, Culture, Education, and Sciences (ACES), eventually converting a piece of teaching, whatever the topic is, whatever the level is, into a genuine “original certified piece of digital educational (UNESCO) heritage” authored by any scholar, teacher, expert, practitioner worldwide and in fine available, tunable & adaptable for any learner in the situation of the educational divide. The WE-H revolutionary paradigm’s basic principle consists of dynamically tailoring the learning experience to each educational divide by continuously optimizing learner capabilities via a harmoniously mixed dual global augmentation, Human international or “crowd augmentation” leverages worldwide communities of scholars, teachers, and practitioners (in particular “NetLearning” the UNESCO-UNITWIN on “Governance and Citizenship in the Digital Age). WE-H distributed Governance balances the Universalism of the genuine piece of educational content that belongs to Global Heritage while its pedagogy, acquisition, and certification are up to regional Culturalism. WE-H exponential business model leverages large “crowd” externalities encompassing worldwide communities of scholars, practitioners, teachers, and experts (potentially millions of individuals on the planet) to build the MACK (Micro-Augmented-Certified piece of Knowledge).
