Abstract
Should at-risk college students take online courses? The researchers argue that with the essential learning supports, online technical tools, and an understanding of the unique psychosocial characteristics and academic barriers at-risk students confront, they can succeed in college online courses. Effective online technological tools and learning supports are discussed and recommended.
