Abstract
In the past technological disruptions to the economy eventually found equilibrium as the labor force caught up to the educational requirements of a new paradigm. However with the invention of AI the equilibrium may persists which could lead to wide spread joblessness. The Blue Collar Think Tank has been bringing together stakeholders in labor, robotics, business and academia to provide strategies for policy makers to prevent the economic collapse of US municipalities which would be shared in this paper.
