Intrapreneurship Innovation - Business Models: A Diamond Mine Case

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find an interlink between the concepts of intrapreneurship, innovation, and business models through the fundamentals of the dynamic concept. It is a qualitative study with data. collected through interviews and observations. Implications include the importance of intrapreneurs in driving innovation, ascertaining where intrapreneurs are located, acknowledging the different innovation types at the different levels of the organisation. It contributes to understanding strategy implementation through business model innovation and business model evolution.
