Abstract
The corona virus disease (COVID-19) originating in Wuhan, China affected the entire world in many aspects - the human lives, economy of the countries, individual citizens economy, employment, mental health conditions, social unrest, etc. The rise of the infected and death cases peak the statistics lead to the panic among the people due to the uncertainty. Even the developed countries including US, China, UK, France, and Europe are not able to overcome this catastrophe. This paper provides an overall panoramic view on both the challenges and opportunities of various industries - automobile, banking, financial services, petroleum & oil, foreign direct investments, healthcare, hotel & restaurants, information technology, media, real estate, sports, tourism, transportation, aviation, elearning, stocks, etc. during the COVID-19. This paper considers the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) in this COVID-19. This paper is broadly divided into three, in first it presents the general view of the challenges faced by the industries; secondly the opportunities during the COVID-19; thirdly the ways of converting problems into probables or challenges into chances. The conceptual analysis of this paper are with the available limited studies of COVID-19.
