Abstract
I’ve been trying to gather information and data about Genetic Doping for a few months, ironically, there are more articles written in 2013 than at present. 90% is not based on sports studies, if not based on the science of genetics, in the next few lines I will explain why and what is the main problem of this evil. Firstly, the Genetics Works with many expenses, also the Geneticists are usually very well paid, so the Institutes are not dedicated only to studies in defense of clean Sport …… But, why not take the studies and take advantage of them? Because genetic studies are primarily focused on improving the genome chain’s performance, then what we would be doing is giving more data to people who want to experiment with the organization to fight against it. But let us review something from a legal point of view and understand me.
