The Role of Sports in Health

Abstract

The purpose of this abstract is to stand out the importance of Sports in the daily life. Sport is an activity that involves directly in exertion which individuals are competing against each other. It has a lot of physical health benefits. Most of the time, people reduces it to to only cardio-respiratory and muscular fitness benefits, but basically sports go further than that. It can also help preventing various types of cancer and weight gain and it does have positive effects on mental health by reducing depression and improving cognitive function. It really important for people to recognize the value of it, sport is more than a culture thing or habit. As mentioned above it has a close connection to the stability of somebody’s health, for this reason a globalization of it would be great to fight against various diseases, mental health and so fourth.
