Abstract
This research is about the impact of Yoga exercise workout on body health. It aims to discuss if Yoga exercises workout is beneficial for body health. People in modern days are very busy, therefore they can make good use of their spare time to do Yoga exercise workout. The research method adopted is date collection, including reports from the Internet, magazines, books, and videos on Youtube website, etc. Most information comes from the Internet periodicals, and books. This research discovers that Yoga beginners should focus on the accuracy of each move with slower speed. With accurate movements, Yoga beginners can gradually feel the improving change in their softness, strength, ability of balance, stress, blood pressure, and rhythm of breath. Lastly, the most obvious improvement would be centerline of the body.
