Abstract
To be a true Champion we must think like one…and behave like one. Championship Cultures are created by individuals who develop a Champion’s Mindset. It is a mindset characterized by two obsessions that are part of a Champion’s DNA. The Concept of Adding Value and Exceeding Expectations is easy to grasp once we understand what is Unique about our businesses or teams. Is it the Products we sell or the services we provide? No. It is us. We are the Value-Added Element that allows people to pick us out of a crowd and say, “That’s the person I want to do business with, the person whose products/services I want to buy, the person I want to hire.” Champion’s make choices and self-examine.
