Abstract

The aim of the present study is to investigate the impact of High level competition on emotion and anxiety among three Tunisian national Paralympic athletes (age: 25.6 years, body mass 77.1 kg, height: 1.65). Therefore, we used a clinical method to explore the phenomena such as observation and surveys during quiet a long period of time (Two years) before the Rio Paralympic games of 2016. Content analyses were applied to analyze clinically their feelings and psychological and emotional profiles. Results reveal a significant difference in these two dimensions among the sample and clinical features were significantly correlated to their performance. These results are in agreement with previous scientific clinical findings (Schumacher,2011; Rôdent,2014; Michelsen,2014).
