Abstract
This session will provide information on specific topics related to individual and team adaptive sports. The session will also provide detailed information on how to be physically active/exercise if not interested in sports for those with various levels of disabilities. This will also include those that may not be able to participate in a sport due to level of disability/health related issues. The session will also provide research that connects physical health with positive mental health and other benefits of adaptive sports beyond physical health for individuals with disabilities.
