Abstract
This work represents an examination of the desired skills of sport management graduates in the 21st century. The pedagogical presentation discusses the rationale for using video blogs to introduce skills necessary for the sport industry. The presenter will discuss the process of migrating from the traditional classroom presentation to the present form of the video blog. In addition, a detailed description of the variations of video used across the curriculum will be discussed. In addition to presenting the skills, the author will identify how the technique will be delivered and assessed and present a step by step process to implementing this technique in your classroom. The facilitator will present examples at both the graduate and undergraduate level of actual video blogs with the specific skills addressed. Teamwork, decision-making skills, technology, and communication skills are all critical components to the educational process of video blogs.
