Abstract
During seventy years of war in Colombia, the nation has been a connational expulsor. Never the less, international forced migration victims kept a pact of silence about political exile. This was until the peace process between the Colombian government and the revolutionary armed forces of Colombia (FARC-Ep), which represented a hope to obtain truth and justice. The purpose of this paper is to understand the meanings of Colombian political exile in one of the most important newspapers, during the process. The findings were obtained through discourse analysis in the news. The main conclusion is that Colombian exile is marked by the construction of the enemy and constitutes a blind spot in the history of Colombian war.
