The Ethnography of Networked Culture: User Behavior in Instagram

Abstract

This research explored the Iranian user’s ways of behavior in online social media to achieve this aim: Typology of the prevalent cultural models in user’s self expression and their interaction in Instagram. Also the narratives of users about their daily life styles were studied specially on leisure and consumption. The research method which is used for this purpose named Netnography by Robert Kozinets (2010). The findings presented in a descriptive and analytical report and a paradigm model.
