Country Images Created on Travel Social Networks: The Case of America

Abstract

America was the first Internet developer through ARPANET (The Advanced Research Projects Agency Network) for their military supporter. These contributions have made an impact on the modern world. This research explores America’s image of other countries on travel social networks. This paper highlights America’s image of the bloc politic countries such as Russia, Turkey, and Indonesia through discourse analysis of Couchsurfing and Trip Advisor. This paper focuses on identifying America’s image of bloc politic countries and the effect of these images on the social economy of political daily life.
