This application can monitor eating patterns, and weight gains for young people and adults. The study usedSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC), notably the Iterative and Incremental Development Model, in developing the application. The system was evaluated using ISO 9126 -1. After the development, 100 respondents composed of IT and non-IT experts, chosen through purposive sampling, used and tested the application. The overall assessment of the Calorie Intake Analyzer was very good regarding the environment, functionality, reliability, usability, maintainability, portability, speed, and training and documentation. The results indicate that the application could help to ensure appropriate weight gain for young and adult people to maintain healthy diets and lifestyle.
