This paper focuses on the market performance of this product and its potential for the circular economy in the Mediterranean market. The methodology used to explain the relationship is the SWOT analysis, based on recent studies by other authors. This study will allow other regional products to adjust to their participation in the market and their economic and social evaluation in the future.
