Abstract

Pakistan is a multicultural society. The people of Pakistan are very much involved in food activities. The population of big cities like Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad is multicultural. These multi diverse people have different food culture. The food and cultural activities play very vital role in sustainable development of any society. The situation is the same in Pakistan. Every corner in each city have restaurant and food stalls of different culture. The present study aims to explore the role and current developments of food culture and its role in economics development of Pakistan. The study also explore the opportunities related to food business. The Survey method of research will be applied to get the required data.
