Abstract

Pakistani people are known for their food habits. They are always involve in food activities. Restaurants are introducing new dishes to attract their customers during last two decades. Pakistani society is multicultural society with different type of people and these peoples have different food cultural history and recipes. There is long history of Restaurants offer multicultural dishes in Pakistani Society. During last decade these restaurants offer new dishes from different countries and get popularity among their customers. The study aims to explore the history and current scenario of restaurants role in promotion of foreign food culture in Pakistani Society.
