Abstract

This paper explores the practical application of Buddhist principles in daily life, focusing on the integration of mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom into our everyday routines. The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how individuals can incorporate Buddhist teachings to enhance their overall well-being and cultivate a more meaningful existence. The methods employed involve a thorough examination of core Buddhist concepts such as mindfulness, right understanding, right intention, and right action, and how they can be translated into actionable practices for contemporary living. Additionally, real-life examples and case studies are presented to illustrate the transformative impact of adopting a Buddhist-inspired lifestyle.
