Abstract

Stimulated by communities of practice in summer school of rule of law and social governance of Hunan province, Thematic synthesis of evidence-based social science was applied to turn the point that minor scholars suggest policy shift of China in the context of economic long-wave theory into habitual legal fact. The habitual right is generated. Article V of the law of Effective Dispute Resolution in ShenZhen sheds light on relieving the right. The law of promoting social enterprise needs to be on the agenda. The goal of the public opinion research institute is to turn the original and valuable idea into concrete policy influence and form the public sphere.
