Abstract
Prince of Songkhla University has been promoting diversity to thrive for a multi-cultural university. This study aims to develop learning activities to promote multi-religious competency for university first-year students. Possible lesson plans were planned in a class called Happy and Peaceful Life, a general education subject. The class activities comprised of 5 aspects based on cultural sensitivity, namely: Belief and a Way of Life; Deep Listening Skills; Cultural Diversity; Human Dignity, and, Problem-Solving Skills through Creativity. The class was conducted with 59 students in 2018. Data were collected from self-assessment books. The results show that the activities enabled the students to better understand religious diversity and plan 6 multi-religious projects to promote inclusive universities.
