Abstract
The study explores the relationship between business social responsibility and organizational commitment among micro and small enterprises in Bustos, Bulacan. It aims to develop a community-based business development model based on the research findings. The research adopts a quantitative approach through surveys and interviews with micro-small enterprises. The findings provide valuable insight into micro-small enterprises owners policy makers and researchers seeking to promote sustainable business practices and community development.
