Abstract
This study investigates servant leadership behavior, organizational commitment and effectiveness of bank managers in selected rural, savings and cooperative bank in Bulacan. The paper utilized the descriptive correlational research design covering fifty-six bank managers and two hundred bank staff as participants to answer the main problem of the study. The participants were primarily asked to answer the two parts of survey questions as to bank managers’ and staff perceptions on servant leadership behavior, organizational commitment and effectiveness. The result reveal that the staff perception on their managers servant leadership capability shows a high level of servant leadership.
