Abstract
The successful implementation and administration of a business depends on well-developed and applied managerial and professional skills, as well as a knowledge management system. We need to know how business really works (in practice, not just in theory), how to evaluate ideas for new businesses, how to understand a business through an integrated model of its components (and simulate its performance), and how to innovate and improve an existing business. Our paper provides a quick, clear and thorough framework on business concepts and practices, to be used as model for business skills development, directed to innovators, businesses and general people interested in an innovative model of business administration and development.
