Abstract

The successful implementation and administration of a business depends on well-developed and applied managerial and professional skills, as well as a knowledge management system. We need to know how business really works (in practice, not just in theory), how to evaluate ideas for new businesses, how to understand a business through an integrated model of its components (and simulate its performance), and how to innovate and improve an existing business.
