Abstract
Though IoT is emerging as a current trend, human intervention cannot be eliminated. Any organization requires teamwork from their employees in spite of any level of technology used. While the present business field and models acknowledge the importance of digital transformation, management challenges in an organization due to that transformation cannot be ignored. Organizational culture is a vital situational factor that has changed drastically with the change in the industry. This paper examines the factors related to those changes and their implications for the sustenance and development of the present economy, especially in a post covid society. this study has reviewed existing literature in the field. Studies that highlight the interaction of organizational culture and digital transformation and the models that evolved were subsequently discussed. This has provided the necessary framework for the present study. Insight generation about the existing gaps in the field are examined. This paper also attempts to predict the possible outcomes of such challenges, and suggest necessary modifications and future trends with reference to the current scenario. Finally, n attempt to develop a model in respect is taken.
