Abstract
Creating data driven culture in the midst of data revolution has been a main motivation among academic researchers and business practitioners for recent decades. Given the multidimensional nature of data driven culture, there is a pressing need to better comprehend the various dimensions (e.g assumptions, attitudes, behaviors, perspectives, leadership, values) associated with data driven culture. An appreciation of various dimensions of data driven culture allows stakeholders to better understand the ways in which organizations evolve and nurture their culture in more data oriented direction. Therefore, this systematic review captures, appraises, and synthesizes the existing empirical evidence documenting multiple dimensions of data driven culture globally. This review presents a comprehensive analysis of extant literature from published /unpublished empirical studies on data driven culture to identify the multiple dimensions of data driven culture that can widen our understanding of culture development and change. We conduct a systematic review across multiple disciplines to identify the multiple dimensions of data driven culture. Two reviewers independently examine both white and grey literature published during 1990-2022 in any language. The included studies are critically appraised using MMAT for white literature and AACODS list for the relevancy of grey literature. The quality appraisal of the included articles is followed by descriptive and thematic analysis of data.
