Abstract
To design is an innate human capability. Throughout human history, we have been using our ability to design to create innovative solutions and drive change. How might organizations tap into these capabilities to drive innovations within their organizations? Developed through six years of research, involving over 1000 participants across 20 industries, the Design Thinker Profile+ is an assessment that helps organizations understand the human capabilities, leadership behaviors, and organizational factors needed for innovation. The Design Thinker Profile+ enables organizations to make decisions about learning, leadership development, and organizational change based on data-driven insights that help achieve innovation aspirations. In this session, participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at the Design Thinker Profile+ and how it can be used to create the conditions for scaling innovation in their organizations.
