Designing for Innovation, Creativity, and Productivity : Systems for Success and Equity

Abstract

I designed and conducted a study that measured the ability for students to see themselves as innovators. Participants will learn how to set up their organizations in a way that generates ideation, change theory, and adaptive change. The results are increase in innovation, creativity and productivity. The methodology applied was practice research in an online Zoom mixed-methods study with a focus group.
