Abstract
The mentoring of women administrators in Christian higher education has not been researched with the level of integrity that it should be given. I have conducted a portion of my dissertation to the study of mentoring women leaders and would love to continue to go deeper in the research and present my work to those who attend conferences centered on similar work.
